CAN-OPTOkit

Technical Details

The CAN-OPTOkit isolates a CAN interface from the CAN Network by a fiber optic. Thus,
is allows connection to CAN networks on high voltage or features cabling through extremely noisy environments.

Compared with a general purpose optical
CAN bridge the CAN-OPTOkit allows higher transmission speed (up to 500 kbit/s), but requires a modified CAN interface card.
