TREPEL has become a synonym for freight and passanger handling at highest level.

TREPEL has introduced the CHALLENGER Airport Loader as its latest product line. The task of theses loaders includes the normal push-back of aircraft, as well as towing aircraft to new positions, or for maintenance. All commercial aircraft and most military aircrafts can be handled - up to a fully loaded Airbus A380.

The product line includes various models for meeting the needs of various situations. CHALLENGER 160 is the smallest aircraft tractor for handling aircraft such as a Boeing B767. CHALLENGER 430 can handle up to a fully loaded Boeing B777. The flagship product is CHALLENGER 700, which, with its weight of 40 tons without ballast and up to 70 tons ballasted, is setting new limits, handling aircraft up to 600 tons.

With the design of the CHALLENGER fleet, TREPEL is taking a new direction with the design of the cabin and the operating instruments. Instead of the usual individual instruments on the dashboard, a small Panel PC from Janz Tec AG has been used. (Reference in detail...)

Since 2010, Janz Tec AG has been delivering panel PCs to Fabema GmbH, who are the German market leader in mobile traffic light systems and other traffic safety systems for roadworks safety measures. The heart of the new mobile signal system is a multifunctional controller, which is used for representation and simulation of the actual layout plans. The large touchscreen display provides all the necessary comfort for simple operation. Recording, documentation and printout of the sequences and signalling conditions can be carried out in real time. With the help of the emVIEW system, all parameters can be entered easily on site or via remote maintenance, which saves the user (mainly public bodies, local authorities or private road construction companies) considerable service costs. Use of this system is possible even in inclement surrounding temperatures of -30°C ... +60°C, since the advanced technology has extremely low power losses and can therefore be completely passively cooled. Th. Buschhoff GmbH & Co. is, with its more than 125 years of tradition, one of the leading companies in the manufacture of stationary and mobile concentrated feed works worldwide. In order to ensure precise dosing of the feedstuff formulae, Buschhoff relies on the expertise and longevity provided by Janz Tec AG for the mixing plant control system. A special computer unit which communicates with two displays installed in the vehicle is used. This enables the vehicle driver to set the parameters on site at the customer's premises and also to carry out all the service and maintenance work required for the entire mixer. Great value was placed on the selection of the display and the readability under bright sunshine. The integrated visualisation made by CoDeSys, which is absolutely ideal for applications of this type, is used as the user interface. (Reference in detail...)
