Air compressors
A large number of our customer’s air compressors are in use throughout Germany. The compressors are digitally connected in order to securely transmit consumption data to the company headquarters and permanently monitor the condition of the machines. This has enabled our customer to introduce a needs-based pay-per-use billing model, operate predictive maintenance, increase machine availability and reduce the number of technician call-outs.
Machine data acquisition
Machine data such as oil pressures and sensor values for mechanical wear are transmitted to a cloud platform via mobile communications. This data is transmitted in encrypted form to ensure that third parties cannot access the data. The customer benefits from an overview of current data and avoids previous manual work. In addition to the advantage of the automatic early warning system, the prerequisites for condition monitoring and predictive maintenance have been created.
Air quality
Parameters such as CO2 concentration and temperature can be measured in closed rooms. The values can be measured using a smart sensor and an IoT device and displayed accordingly via a dashboard. The air quality is displayed in traffic light colours to show a predictive ventilation recommendation for the room in question. The customer benefits from improved indoor air quality in their rooms.
