Time base accuracy <1 ns with White Rabbit and +/- 4 ppm without White Rabbit from a local TCXO 

Maximum input pulse rate 31,25 MHz from all 5 channels, Maximum input pulse width 100 ns

FMC board with low pin count (LPC) connector
